Throbbing hands

Thanks guys. I'm going to try to ride out 2iu/day for now, the sides aren't unbearable yet.

Straps: not gonna go there. I want to radically bring up grip strength.

I had a big diffrence in comfort when I switched brands. The pharm name brand Genotropin cause hand throbing. The generics I used before it too a little over 4 iu a day to get that kind of feeling. Felt it on Pharmacia Genotropin after 1 week on 2 iu. It went away after about 9 days. So Iw as fine.

My hands, feet, forearms and worst of all my knees at 2 iu/day of brown tops. Close to 3 months and no relief. Going to try 1 1/2 iu. If you get less sides, is that indicative of lower quality or a weaker product? I've only got a few weeks left and have to quickly decide what to purchase if I choose to continue (which I'd really like to do at 46 yrs old).

Well, I think I've figured something out about HGH and me: it's not a water retention issue causing the swelling, but a circulation issue.

If I have a gig during the day that requires a lot of sitting, by the end of the day my feet/ankles are swollen. Once I get off my ass, workout, stretch, go for a hike, whatever, the swelling goes way down. Feet/ankles are never swollen first thing in the morning.

Hands swell up overnight, I'm guessing b/c I sleep with bent elbows. In the morning, my wedding band is so tight that it's painful. Once I'm up for an hour or two, moving my hands and arms, that swelling goes down.

Bumped to 3iu/day 2 or 3 days ago; will ramp up a bit from there.

Are you sure you want to "increase" those sides?

Hopefully I've learned to get off my ass during the day one way or the other, and I'm having my wife tie my arms to the bed at night.

Hope so...minor changes to lifestyle will be made in order to facilitate progress.

increase your water intake and start taking P5P to help relieve the carpel tunnel symptoms

Quick update on my sides: since starting my general stretching program, in addition to ART, my sides are noticeably decreasing while I'm keeping the HGH dosage level higher than previously.
