How's your CT/hand issue?

One thing I'm learning: in something like 90% of the cases of CT, the impingement is actually in the shoulder area, not in the wrist.

I get tons of knee problems while on gh. I think it's fluid retention, I get pressure under my kneecaps. I have to be careful not to twist my knees or bend my leg much past 90 degrees or I can get a lot of knee pain, and a mild knee injury that goes away after I stop gh. Anything involving deeply squatting down or kneeling and sitting will hurt.

I thought that too, until I started my aggressive stretching routine (1hr/day), and the problems started to subside.

Now that I had a few ART sessions, my symptoms are really subsiding dramatically. I really think it has something to do with circulation and/or nerve impingement.

I can't say enough good things about ART: if you're having knee pain (even if only while on GH), I'd encourage you to get to an ART practitioner in your area, tell them where/when you hurt, and give a couple treatments a chance. It's usually like 60 bucks per 20 minute session - and with what we spend on food, supplements, and drugs, that's really negligible.
