Throbbing hands

I've been in GH for over a month now and I am finding it harder and harder to type without "carpel tunnel" setting in.

I know this is one of the side, but would it be kicking in this quick.

It will start to go away in another month mine last two months .. One thing that help was that I add more water to it... I put in 2 ml per 10 IU's and it slow down some .. I read some where that it get absorbed slower and that why

I think I may have been mis-quoted. HGH can be taken at 1-2iu ed or eod for HRT and excellent long-term results will be achieved.

If your goal is not HRT, but instead to maximize the benefits of your steroid cycle, then I believe 4-6iu's will give excellent results. In that case, smaller doses may be a waste of money (bang for the buck compared to the money you are also spending on the steroids you are also taking).

That was intended more as a jab at Rockie - figured if I could shame him into 6iu/day, then he'd stop picking on me in the forums b/c it would hurt his CT too much. Didn't mean to misquote you, but I don't think I was too far off your recommendation.

OK, now that I'm finished trying to hijack this thread: at 2iu/day my hands and feet blow up a lot, and I have a constant "pumped" feeling all over. I think my shoulders hurt a lot more as well (lot of variables there that I'm working through).

Is the concensus that these sides will diminish on their own after some period of time?

Started about 10 days ago; I skipped two days and then dropped from 2iu/day to 1iu/day, and within 3-4 days the swelling diminished by a good amount, but not completely. I'm just now trying to go back to 2iu/day.

My experience with gh is if you stay on, the sides hold steady or increase, they don't really decrease. When you go off, they'll subside in a couple weeks. So if the sides are unbearable at the dose you're using, waiting is unlikely to help, you will want to decrease the dose.

I found that this side along with the ability to use more weight forced me to take better care of my hands and forearms. I began to use straps more and more. That really helped. DB...chinning bar ... barbell ... machine handles .... doesn't matter. If I have to grip it, I use the straps.
