Theoretical Question!!!!!

Ok Pro's. Let's call upon the combined wisdom of the board.

If you were training a sprinter, and the goal was to increase speed. Would Long r-3 be the best bet, as it actually causes hyperplasia?

I'm brainstorming here, but if training in a way that is taxing to the fast twitch muscle system, and utilizing IGF, wouldn't that result in new fast twitch fibers, which in turn would increase speed?

I would think IGF with MGF would help

I think so too. IGF would be my first choice, and I'd probably combine it with MGF.
