A few questions on IGF-1/MGF for a female friend

Ok everyone...here is the scoop:

I have a lady friend, 42 years old, probably 14% bodyfat, who would like to compete in the next year. She is peeled up top but the legs just won't budge. She's got her diet in tight order and training is solid. She does not want to use AAS, but is curious about peptides.

1. Can she use them safely?
2. Would peptides help her get leaner in her trouble spots?
3. What is the dosing protocol for a female, approximately 140lbs?

Any input you guys/girls have would be greatly appreciated.

but you're going to have to go at low dosages, like 10mcg of IGF instead of the usual 60-80

Ok...do you think she should use IGF only? What's your opinion on MGF?
Also, is there a recommended "length" to run IGF or MGF?

MGF is more for site gains...it works all over but best at site growth

IGF-1 is best all around....
