im a 30 year old man been training for 8 years im six two fourteen stone and about 10% body fat. ive just got my hands on a load of chinese brown top RHGH and i plan on using it. i wonder if anyone could advise me on how much to take and wich sted i should stack it with, cheers.plus how long should i take it for and when will i see results.
