how much HGH will make u have enlarged organs?

I don't believe there is any scientific evidence that shows a correlation between HGH use and significant organ growth. (There is, however, a link to acromelegy, growth of the facial bones, resulting in a caveman like appearance over time).

The "GH gut" is likely a mosnomer. The gut is more likely caused by the incredible amounts of food bber's consume (even precontest). Their stomachs are staying distended while their bodyfat dips into the single digits, giving the appearance of "organ growth".

Compare Ronnie Coleman and Dexter Jackson. There is no doubt in my mind that Dexter uses just as much (or close to) HGH as Ron (for a similar length of time), but Dex's midsection is almost always tight and flat, while Ron is often pregnant-looking. Now, genetics are likely a factor here, but you will notice some striking differences when you compare their offseason/precontest diets.

Offseason, Dex never blows up, he stays lean eating high protein, moderate carbs and low fat. Precontest, he keeps his diet pretty much the same because he doesn't have a tremendous amount of fat to lose.

Ron, on the other hand, blows up like a balloon in the offseason, gorging on massive amounts of food. Precontest, he has to cut most of it out. His stomach is distended (stretched out) and isn't given suffient time to atrophy back to a size comparable to the precontest diet.

Dosages used by this level of professional are likely in the 12-20iu/day range for years on end.

So, if you're thinking about doing 3-4iu/day for a few months, organ growth is not going to be an issue.

I should have posted a disclaimer - I have never used HGH. My research has told me that solid results will not occur without a minimum of 5 month run. Since that's about 5 kits at $200-350per kit, I've never had the balls to lay out that kind of money.

I've heard of 5 on, 2 off cyles, and it seems to work for people. However, if you are just using it for PCT, I think it will have little to no effect. IGF-1 on the other hand, works fast with similar results, and is perfect for PCT. It help restore HTPA while allowing continued gains and fat loss. 40mcg/day is a good dose for PCT.
