Igf may cause an effect on blood sugar, creating a feeling of hypoglycemia shortly after a shot, but it should have no effect on your body's ability to produce and maintain insulin - i.e., it won't make you diabetic.

Stem cell differentiation, there's some college level biology for you. The primary effect we are interested in is IGF can cause hyperplasia of the muscle cells, meaning it may increase the number of muscle cells. Muscle cells, like fat cells, will grow before they multiply. It takes quite a bit of work to create new cells. IGF will create new cells, which in turn leads to bigger denser muscles due to more cells growing in size.

Thanx that really did help. So what are the side with this? Any need to restart nat production?

Sides include increased hunger, possible hypoglycemia, bit of water retention, perhaps growth of cancer cells (not spontaneous growth, growth of existing cells - i.e., don't have cancer, don't worry).

There is no protocol for restoring natural levels as they fluctuate anyways. IGF sensitivity upregulates quickly, so its recommended to use 30days on/30days off at ~40mcg/ed.

Lately, I have been reading more about site specific application, so my current protocol is 50mcg/eod-e3d directly after a workout in the muscle worked. Unfortunately, I am cutting, so its hard to say if I see the full benefits of this protocol, though I have been concentrating on bis and tris and they get pumped like crazy.
