Gh & Slin

What's up, i just stated GH and want to know how much slin to use. I've been working out for 8 years and think it's time. Any advice is appreciated

usually 10IUs humalin-R post workout with 110grams of carbs and 50grams of protein

I would start with 5iu and work your way up 10g of carbs per iu slin was what many take but the less carbs you can take the better

why is less carbs better
do you mean taking just enough carbs to even out the slin

what about proteins and slin they should be taken too

your just using the slin to help shuttle what is in your blood into your muscles. Your goal is Protein, creatin & AS. Any fat in circulation or carbs will get shuttled into your body fat. Depending on your goals... but if you want just lean gains slin can be really tricky. Most people use too much slin and need lots of carbs because of the slin and just end up getting fat.

I would use as little slin as possible with as little carbs as you can get away with, at the same time tons of protein in the form of whey & chicken/tuna and absolutly no fat consumtion before or during your slin ussage.

I have done a few weeks 8 iu's ed and didn't like how much carbs I had to consume to even out the upcoming hypo. Felt like a struggle every time in
the hours after the shot. That way I lost interest and stopped near 4th week.

Next time I think I will try splitting it up. A morning shot right after my
morning cardio 3or4 iu's. And then again 3or4 iu's after my evening workout.
