pct and Long r3 IGF-1

I'm thinking of adding Long r3 IGF-1 to my pct, for a very nice recovery. I know it has been done, I just dont know how to add it correctly and effeciantly, can I please have some advise on this? Maybe an example of a pct with the IGF would help?

Assuming a cycle involving long esters (such as test enant or cyp), I usually take two weeks off (anti-e's only) between my last shot and my PCT. Then I do the Anthony Roberts PCT which includes nolva, HCG and aromasin.

In my opinion I see IGF augmenting this PCT by providing an anabolic boost during the brief low testosterone period where the long ester steroids have left your system but your natural production has not kicked back in yet. The idea is during the time you are lacking enough test to protect your gains, hopefully IGF can play that role until you get your test back.

In my experience, the "test depression" period lasts about 2 weeks and starts around week 3 of my PCT (about week 5 after the last shot). So I would try running IGF starting the 4th week after your last shot for about 4 weeks total, which should exactly overlap this critical period.

I haven't tried this procol yet, so for me is experimental. I will try it after the cycle I am currently on. I used my last cycle to nail down the exact date range of low test, so I hope to get the IGF timing right this time.

One more thing. Some people suggest that IGF can be used instead of HCG. I disagree with that somewhat. While IGF is anabolic but not a steroid, that makes it ideal for PCT (i.e. it doesn't contribute to shutting you down). However, if your balls have shrunk, nothing but HCG can solve that problem quickly. IGF or no IGF, I would want to get my natural test production back as quickly as possible. That requires a full set of testicles. ;-)

IGF during PCT is a good thing. Like mentioned above, it does not affect HPTA so you can run it whenever you are ready post cycle.

Where do inject this? I've heard in gut and I also heard in muscles? which is correct?

I don't like hitting the gut (stomach) for the fear of 'big belly' syndrome lol:argh

I prefer delt/Bi/Tri shots...

since I mainly use IGF-1 for injuries, I injected right at the site of the injury (which for me is always right leg or left/right shoulder).

Mr.x so for example you injured your right delt, you do 4 week cycle of IGF-1 just on right delt? I've read somewhere that it makes that muscle grow, so wouldnt your right delt be bigger than your left?

well you're thinking of MGF for local growth, not IGF - but IGF heals fast. Within 1 weeks everything was back to normal, in fact the pain went away after just 1 day of a 200mcg shot!

read the article about the anti-inflamatory effects of IGF-1 , Anthony wrote it - it's posted somewhere on the forums...

To rephrase my question, should I run hexarelin/ghrp-6 after every 4-week run of igf/mgf, or should I only run that after the final run, which will be during my PCT?

I would run it after every 4 weeks, simply because both of the products are proven to be great health additions to the body - helping bone growth/tendon growth/fat loss and so on.
