HGH/IGF1 during PCT

I am not even close to starting any PCT ,yet, but I was wondering if HGH or IGF1 would be beneficial to run during PCT. Will it help my recovery or help with the nasty ,post-cycle lethargy/laziness? (If it will its definetly worth the $.)

Either would be beneficial. HGH is basically a very expensive and slow way to produce IGF. You can take IGF directly, cut out the "middleman", and save money at the same time.

I like to use IGF from about weeks 4-7 after my last shot, as from my experience, that emcompasses the vulnerable period of very low testosterone between the time long esters have left my system and my own natural test production has resumed.
