IGF 1 LR3 question

ok, i got a vial of this from igf king about 5 months ago, and its been waiting patiently in my refrigerator for me to use it. a couple questions i have, 1, do i need to add bacteriostatic water to this, even though its already suspended in im guessing BA? 2, do i shoot this shit IM or sub q, i just did localized shots in my biceps sub q, even though i cant pinch much off there, but i chose that site because ive been experiencing both bicep and elbow tendinitis and i heard the stuff actually works on inflammation as well as building muscle, and i have a baseball sized bruise on both my beceps now and it stung like a mother ****er. let me know, never used this stuff and wondering if thats normal, or if i was supposed to throws some B water in there. thx

The IGF is reconstituted in acetic acid. This can cause muscle necrosis as well as stinging like hell. You should dilute it with BW just before pinning. This does two things, it ensures you get all the IGF out and it also takes away the problem of hitting yourslef with straigh AA. Just draw the IGF into a slin pin and then draw up some BW. You will notice when you draw the BW that it mixes into the IGF solution real well. You should also shoot IM immediately PWO bilaterally into musles worked that training session.

this is perfect advise but let me add do 25 mcg bi-laterally with about 20 ius bw. this shit is what dreams are made of
