Ok thanx acces much appreciated. I thought you were supposed to split dosage up with IGF on in moring in the muscle you will be working that day and then PWO on the other muscle like Right bicep then after workout left bicep.

You only need to do IGF PWO. The IGF receptors are at their peak when a muscle is stressed from heavy resistance exercises. The IGF will attach best at this time and effectively make new muscle cells. If you pin at anythie other than immediately PWO the IGF will float around your system and find something else to attach to. Most noteably your intestines as this is where the most IGF receptors are within your body.

As you can see from above there is no point at all to pinning IGF other than PWO. Also there is no need to do more than 50mcg in any single shot. Simply put the receptors cannot use even that much and the remainder will again float through your system looking for other receptors to attach to. So be careful with this stuff unless you want to get the dreaded GH gut.

So I dont have to use it twice a day? just PWO at 50mcg? I have been doing some searching and found people doing it twice daily. this is why im asking so many questions. Sorry if its dumb Questions but better to be safe than sorry. I also been trying to find how to inject Bilaterally and cant find anything on it. is that HGH pinch the skin and inject 90degrees or into the muscle just with a slin pin

You have to pin IM for IGF with a slin pin.

I am curious what type of results people got with IGF. Is it permanent? What should one expect to know whether it is working?

IGF will make new muscle cells if dosed and used correctly. You can't tell immediately the results from IGF as those cells need time to mature and grow. All I can tell you is that it works.
