be warned IGF growth is indiscreminate meaning your internal oragans grow as proven for myself made my guts huge by growth in intstines , also it may cause cancer tumor to grow for same reason , not to mention IGF binds to Insulin Receptors so long term use result in type II diabetics , unlike HGH or AAS or PGCL , IGF not aproved as a medicine , never use bactriostatic water with IGF as it will go bad quikly even in frig but once mixed with diluted acid as explained below it may last up to 20 days in frig however acid causes pain and scar tissues considering you need frequent shoots

IGF Lr3 by Almost-pro :you make the solution using 7 parts distilled water and 1 part acetic acid (white vinegar ) , When reconstituting you are going to add the liquid to the vial containing the powder is a slow controled manner with the vial tilted so that the liquid trickles out of the needles and rolls down the side of the vial. Do not squirt it directly into the peptide b/c this may damage it. You will need insulin syringes with IU (internatioal units) measurements.and IU is 1/100 of a mL or a 100,000 of a Liter. This is a measurement of volume. You peptide will be labeled in mcg. (micrograms) which is 1/1000 of a mg or 1 millionth of a gram. , you have a 1mg vial and you add 1ML you get 1000mcg/1mL: 10 mcg per IU

1000mcg/2mL: 5.0 mcg per IU

1000mcg/3mL: 3.3 mcg per IU

1000mcg/4mL: 2.5 mcg per IU

Igf is synergistic when used in conjunction with androgens more so than anabolics. even long acting Lr3 Igf has a very short half life, shorter than most initial studies show, new studies are more accurate. o


Look at it this way, part of the reason gh works in an anabolic state is the small conversion to igf. This conversion is much smaller than the amounts we inject. Igf has a very small chain structure not unlike insulin. You can become resistant similar to insulin use, therefore, infrequent dosing is best.

Here is what I am currently doing and getting better results than my first igf cycle when I had virgin receptors. I am taking 60mcg per day spread out into 4 shots. I inject 2 muscle groups per day each side with 15mcg for a total of 60mcg for the day. I too, have noticed localized growth, whether it is anectodal or not. So I do 15mcg in one bicep before breakfast. 4 hours later I do the other bicep with 15mcg. 4 hours later I do a delt with 15mcg and then 4 hours after that I do my last inject with 15mcg in the other delt.

I only do this 3 times per week so I can keep my receptors fresh, prevent saturation and downregulation and optimize my dosages without needing to use ever increasing doses. I do 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off, though theoritically and I have yet to test this, I should be able to do at least a 20 week cycle because of the minimal downregulation.

Use 100mM AA (which you can purchase) to recon IGF and then before pinning just draw up some BW to dilute the mix so you don't have any of the burning sensation when the AA hits. Also helps to flush the complete solution out of a slin pin when mixing in a little BW.

ive just been using BW so I guess I wasted alot of my IGF? Also where can I get AA is that just vinegar? and how much do I add to a 10ml vial of IGF? Also how much BW to mix?

Using BW decreases the shelf life of recon IGF substantially. It does not affect the efficacy using with BW but it needs to be used quickly. Typically I think you can only rely on a shelf life of 2 weeks with BW and refrigerated. Using AA tyhis is double. You can keep out till 4 weeks with refrigeration. Some if say 60 days but I don't like to push the limit and recon only enough for 30 days or less at a time with AA and refrigerate.

if you look around u can find 100mcg vials that come in kits of ten vials so you dont have to mix it all at once.

surely you need the acetic acid as the igf-1 molecules can stick to both the glass in the vials and plastic in the syringe. not using it means you will lose some of the igf-1.
