Access, Help with IGF

I like reading your posts on IGF. Anyway Ive been looking for your thoughts on running IGF LR3 & MGF off cycle for like a month. Im new to insulin, but have a chance of getting media grade 1mg of IGF LR3 with 10ml NaCl and 1mg of MGF. I was planning on using on bi's and pec's since they are lagging. Im confused on how much of what to do when. I work pec Monday and Friday and Bi's Tuesday and Sat. I planned on 100mcg MGF immediately after workout bilaterally then 40mcgs IGF an hour later bilaterally and then again the following morning, but some are telling me I have it wrong. Also heard recon IGF with NaCl is good for a year in freezer then someone said its only good for a couple of days. Also what do I need to do or take to keep blood glucose in check? I dont want to ramble on, but need your advise.

Firstly Marty, my apologies for overlooking this thread as long as I have...

Now to your questions. IGF is not really ideal for any site specific growth as your looking to do but others have reported good growth when hitting lagging muscles only. I have read where guys have done this with the site enhancement in mind but I don't see this myself and prefer to hit as many musles gropups as I can. There is some swelling but not any direct growth. My advice is to rotate through all muscle groups on a cycle as IGF is systemmic for the most part. This means it will get to wherever the receptors are. The receptors for each individual muscle group are at the highest availability immediately post work out so this is the best time to pin.

I have always run 25-50MCG into each primary muscle group worked out on that specific day. So if today my focus was on Bi's I would hit each Bi with 50mcgs of igf. My protocol in line with my training is 4 days on 3 days off and I would pin each bilateral muscle after each workout same way. Now with the inclusion of MGF I ran twice weekly at night at a dose of 250mcg each shot. I train T,W,T,F and shot MGF Monday night and Wednesday night. I run this way for 4 weeks at a time with a break of at least 4 weeks before starting the same regime again.

You should reconstitute your IGF with AA as this provides the maximum term for storage. When diluted with AA it's good for a year at room temperature but I always store in the fridge.

Ok, i plan to make my own AA, so I recon powder by dripping 2ml down the side to prevent damage? Then how do I know how potent it is to draw up 40 mcgs then draw NaCl to reduce sting. Thanks Access.

You can use the NaCL to recon if you intend to use the whole lot within a few weeks because after this the potency will start to drop off. If this is the case then go ahead and no need to to add BW or NaCL to solution for injection. I assume you have 1mg (1000mcg) of powder? If so recon with 2mls will give you a solution where 50mcgs will be equal to 10iu's on a slin pin. 40mcgs = 12.5iu's and so on.

Access, yes Ill be getting 1mg of powder and then recon with 2ml of AA. Thanks on the measurement, I wasnt sure on that. On the MGF, its 1mg as well and I was told to recon with 2ml of BA and it will be same measuring as the IGF, am I right?

You can recon pegMGF with BW NaCL or AA and measuring will be the same. If recon with BW you have app. 2 weeks before degradation starts and better than a month with NaCl and a year+ with AA.

One thing I overlooked previously was your question on blood sugar levels. To address that it is true one can experience a sense of hypo after a shot of IGF so it's advised (and really necessary anyway) to ensure that you get a shake into you ASAP after shooting. Typically I have mine with a mixture of Whey Isolate, BCAA's, Dextrose, Waxy Maize and Taurine.
