Hey guys what is the best place to inject mgf, and is it better to inject pwo im into the muscles you jus worked or whats the best approach, thanks!

The most common approach is PWO in the muscles worked, however, with mgf you should not have to actually work the muscles to get them to grow. MGF is what your muscles are supposed to secrete when worked to get the whole process going.

The real answer is there is nothing really definitive on MGF use, or IGF use for that matter. Do some experimentation and see what works for you.

Is this MGF or PegMGF?

I suspect Peg as not too much regular MGF around these days. Regular MGF had to be pinned IM but by pegylating you can go sub-q and get systemic action from it. This is a much better way to go and twice weekly doses seems to be sufficient. If your only running MGF and not IGF with it then take on off days from the gym or 24 hours before a workout.

mine says IGF-1 Ec (Mgf) is that the real stuff or peg mgf? i was told both the mgf and igf should be injected sub q in the area worked bi laterally, is that the wrong advise?

MGF is a splice variant of IGF and hence the correct terminology of IGF-IEc but this just tells me it is MGF and not wether it is PEG or not.

IGF should be pinned IM and not sub-q. It should also be done immediately PWO. PegMGF can be pinned sub-q or IM but due to the extended life of Pegylation it is best to do sub-q as it is then systemmic and will find it's way to all muscles. A dose of 200-250mcgs x 2 times a week is plenty for PegMGF. If you do more than this you can actually prevent the IGF from doing it's thing, which is differentiating the new muscle cells for growth.

well my arms are my lagging muscle right now. i have a big chest and back but i'm having a real hard time getting my arms to grow. if i pinned IM with both mgf and igf would that be a good idea do you think?

Thanks guys, from what ive read some say to take the peg mgf right after workout bc thats when sensors are upregulated the most, and jus shoot into whatever muscle you jus worked, and then others have said when running it with igf to shoot 24-48 hrs before, but also it has been said when doing that that there is a chance that it will jus float around and there is a much less likely chance that it will actually do anything, i was planning on running the mgf for 4 weeks then igf for 4 weeks, any opinions?

The two work together synergistically IMO and a much better option to run them concurrently to enjoy maximum benefits than individually although you can certainly still do this if you wish. I would not.

Synthetic MGF (not PegMGF) has to be shot IM as this is the only way to get any benefit from it as after a shot it will enter the bloodstream and have bioavailability for only several minutes. With Pegylation this bioavailability now becomes several hours and which is why I believe shooting sub-q is of benefit. Of course there is also possibly a more direct benefit to pinning IM into lagging muscles to achieve more localised efficacy and many do this way with excellent effect. If your going to do IM though do not do PWO, especially if your also doing IGF. IGF is ideal PWO as this is when you want to fuse new muscle cells and receptors are primed to accept the exogenous IGF after mechanical loading. If you also do MGF at this same time you actually inhibit the IGF from doing it's job to a degree.

Ideally PegMGF should be shot IM into the muscle group to be worked within the next 24 hours when specific site growth is what your after. This way the MGF has time to act on increasing the muscle stem cell count which it does by proliferation and has them ready for the IGF shots immediately PWO.

So in summary PegMGF can be shot IM or sub-q with benefits either way. Maximum site enhancement benefit will be achieved by pinning 24 hours before a workout into the muscle to be worked that specific workout. Hope this helps clear up some confusion..but maybe I have just confused everyone even more..
