no more than 7 weeks on followed by same time off. 40-50mcg total(divided) into muscles trained within 5 minutes PWO. Day on day off works very well for me and others while some go every 3rd day.

So say I worked biceps...I would inject 50mcg into each arm and then the next day I work chest but do not inject? or is it day on/off or 3 days per body part injection, not the injections it self?

What gains will a man get from Igf, better or weaker then AAS ??
And the thing whit injecting in the arm on the day you train biceps, will the Igf help just on the arms or like lets say Test, it spread to the hole body??

in terms of gains, I don't think there is anything better than aas. People gain 30lbs off of it, i've never heard of something like that with igf. It increases the number of cells where you inject (hyperplasia) which also gives you quicker recovery time. Correct me if i'm wrong, but unlike HGH it doesn't connect to your organs and bones which could cause some serious problems.

How serious is the risk with IGF? Because I know when there is a lot of growth or the cells are not like normal cells, the risk of cancer developing is greater.

lol you arent retarded, perfectly good questions. most of the info I have is from reading stuff(from the likes of Grunt) and personal experience.

it is day on day off of injections regardless of what you train so try to arrange workouts so you are hitting weak bodyparts on different days when an igf shot is due.

e.g. if you want to try to target only 2 muscle groups for example if your biceps and calves were lacking your other bodyparts then you would train say back and biceps them immediately after shoot 20-25mcg directly PWO into each bicep.

the next day say you train pecs+tris then you would not inject igf to allow your receptors to clear/rest(however way you want to think about it).

the following day you train say quads and calves then again immediately PWO 20-25mcg into each calf.

then next day day off and not inject. following day shoulders and biceps and again 20-25mcg into each bicep PWO.

it appears that the best time for the igf is within 5 minutes PWO.

so you get the picture. and after 7 weeks you need to come off for about the same period to allow the receptors to upregulate again and to give your body a rest from the igf. of course there are other peptides you could use during or after your igf cycle but thats another story entirely. hope this clears it up for you.

aas and igf are too different to compare. aas would appear to give larger gains but then when you take into account how much of it is water the gains are not so huge. as prospect states one will give hypertrophy the other hyperplasia. ys the igf will only target the muscle you train/inject and you need to use it immediately PWO AND in small enough dosages so it does not go systemic as it could then grow you some nice Coleman intestines.

as for cancer growth this would only be true if you already have a tumour but again the same could be true for HGH, insulin and aas. heck Ive personally seen tumours grow faster in patients that are fed intravenously so many things can make an already exsistent tumour grow.

for this reason if you have a strong family history of cancer I would not recommend igf.

Sounds pretty interesting, would not mind seeing how it works on my biceps and chest, even though injecting into pecs is kinda freaky. 5 mins PWO would be pretty tough, unless I shoot in the locker room lol. "don't worry guys, its just igf." haha

I typically don't so anything more than 4 weeks at a time. Many guys report very good results with as little as 20-30mcgs into a bilateral muscle (40-60total) and I think 20mcgs is a good place to start.
