regular mgf + igf1lr3 cycle need help !

hii everybody, i am postong from france, so sorry, excuse my bad english

i am supposed to start a cycle with this 2 counpounds, i am supposed tu put my hands on 1 mg IGF1lr3 and 2 mg MGF

i have read the anthony roberts tread about how to use this 2 counpounds in "peptides the next frontier to hypertrophy"

he said that the "magix starts" begin with 80-100mcg igf1 and 200mgf...
he said ti inject Mgf PWO and igf1 1hour PWO...

but i've read that 40-50mcg is better for sides effects (intestin...)
so i like to try at 40-50 mcg igf1 and 100mcg mgf

You guys wrote on this board to inject igf1 every 2nd day and mgf 24 hour before... but i need an example for my cycle, cause the example written was about 2 lagging body parts, and i want to inject in all my body...

i am a medical students... and i really need to understand how igf and mgf drop fat !!?? cause they insuline like....and insuline makes you fat...

this cycle is suposed to drop fat and gain lean mass, but what is the good DIET ???

training =
i train chest and back together, sometimes with shoulders, sometimes shoulders in a single training
arms in 1 training and legs in 1 training

it can be =

D1 = chest-back-shoulders
D2 = legs
D3 = arms
D4 = off

or D1 = chest - back
D2 = legs
D3 = arms
D4 = shoulders
D5 off

or i can putt off days between trainings...

so how i am supposed to inject ??

Just rotate injections into bodyparts based on your workout. Inject IGF immediately post workout (20-50mcgs) into muscle group worked that session and do MGF twice weekly 24 hours before a workout at 250mcgs. This is my current protocol.

But its not peg mgf.... twice a week with regular mgf works good too ?
why not mgf 24h before a workout and all the time but at lower dose ?
something like 100 mcg 24h before a workout and 40mcg igf1 PWO ?

And why not like anthony roberts said = mgf immediatteli PWO and igf1 1 hour later ?

i just need to understand why...

the gain, with only 200 mcg igf1/week and 400 mgf are decent ? cause i'v heard it need 80-100 igf1 daily.....?

one last question about diet ! must it be 4000 cal a day like when your on steroids ?

If it is regular MGF then sure you can do your way but regular MGF has a very limited time for producing any activity within the body. Are you sure it is not PegMGF as I have not seen any regular MGF for some time now.

i havent the stuff yet, but the guy told me its not peg, cause i asked him because he told me like you to do twice a week mgf....

so i do mgf PWO and igf1 1 hour later ?? (do my way..)

U know, i am in france..so maybe pruducts arent the same....

Get Peg then..don't bother with regular MGF. You will have much better success with PEG.

Regular MGF has a much shorter life span within the body compared to PegMGF. In fact it is really not stable at all within the blood so the only real chance it has of doing anything near constructive is at the point of injection. It is summazied that regular MGF is somewhere near 300 times less efficent than PegMGF due to it's very limited life within blood so as I said previous make sure you get PegMGF.

that will depend on your goal. 4000 is a pretty lean diet for AAS.

4000 preatty lean ? depends... i am endomorph...

so for peg 300 times more pottent ? damn it, maybe the guy cant have Peg, or maybe its PEG and he dont know...

so its a waste of money ? should i go 80 mcg igf1 instead of 40 igf1 and 100mgf ? side effects like growth of intestin is not a real probleme when you uper than 40 mcg ?
