Someone told that ejecting HGH directly into a muscle give better results than injecting it under the skin around your belly.... Does anyone know if this is true? Has anyone tried this and noticed a difference?

Sub-q is easiest but IM is pretty staright forward also. Some guys get sore spots when doing sub-q so IM is best for them. That's unusal though as most will do sub-q without issue.

You should always aspirate Paul, just a good habit to get into. It's not necessary with a sub-q injection when using the correct technique of going in at a 45 degree angle but still is not going to hurt to aspirate and espeically so if you have very low bodyfat.
