Is it worth doing a 4 week cycle of HGH at the end of my test E cycle and during PCT to help keep my gains?

HGH is used for very long term. It's friggen pricey as well. You will not gain a huge benefit, and will most likely have some numbness in your joints of phalanges. Thats about it.... unless you stretch it out over 2-3 months. You'd see some results doing that. At least 2.00389434982743 ounces.

can you go into detail a little bit on this?

lets say its a test c and tren cycle as follows test 400mg week 1-12
tren a 75mg EOD weeks 1-8.

how would you handle PCT with igf for this cycle?
