There was a research article I read the other day in a mens fitness magazine. I accuses the suppliers of LR3 with misinformation. Basically it says you only really need 10 mcgs of LR3 a day PWO because anymore than 20 and you will severly downregulate your receptors and get nothing more than a pump and vascularity after a week. If that is the case 1 mg of this stuff is really enough for 2 to 3 cycles depending on how u inject. 10 mcgs is about 5-10 times more than you produce in your body at any given moment because I think your body only produces about 1-2 mcgs without supplements like arginine. What do you guys think about this?

No I read it in a magazine, (Muscular development) sorry. I'm not suggesting anyone use this protocol just trying to get your guys feel for it. Polumba wrote the article. I have seen this somewhere esle. Like I said not suggesting anyone use this protocol just asking what you guys think about it or what you have seen that hasnt been produced by the suppliers or a supplier of LR3 because those studies are always somewhat manipulated.

There have been a lot of guys report better gains with IGF on lower doses than the higher doses they have run previously so there might be some truth to this. Seems with IGF that the saying more is not always best has some bearing with this peptide particularly now that we are using the LR3 version. IGF is still relatively new and little research has been done to date when it comes to use for our purposes in BB'ing so there is still a lot of experimenting being done by guys. I seem to find that 100mcgs injected bilaterally works best for me. I have done lower doses but this level seems to me to get the most out of it for me without showing any detrimental sides.
