HGH OR igf-1LR3 Help Please

I'm 50 years old and been working out for the last 4 years and it seems like its getting harder to work out with no results. I like to take Testosterone with igf because its cheaper . Or go with the Testosterone and add HGH because I'll get better results. Whats the pros and cons. Need help.

We would like to know what you mean by working out. Then some stats. Height, weight, bf%, eating habits etc. Tell us about yourself and the boys will chime in with advice.
