Ive been reading that IGF-1 can help in tendon repair. I have been trying to get over a case of elbow tendonitis and am hoping that this peptide can help.
Can anyone give me some pointers as to; How much to use per day and for how many days Exactly where I should pin for best effects. Will I need to go into the elbow, or around the muscles when I have the tendonitis? Its pretty expensive, so I might only be able to get 1000mcg, will this make any difference at all or should I leave it unless I am able to run a longer course? Will GHRP-6 yield better results if run alone over IGF-1? If you had to choose one, which I may have to, which would be better for helping my elbow? Sorry if you guys have answered this before I did search the forums... also Im not on any AAS. |

use around 30mcg every 2nd day. if you are brave enough then go directly into the elbow, though most arent and will inject the nearest muscles rotating each day of injection. 1000mcg should be fine as thats around 8-10 weeks). rest and ice the tendons as much as possible too only training with light to medium weights on upper body for thr first 4 weeks.
no GHRP-6 will not yeild better results. if you wanted to enhance the igf results then use either HGH(4-10iu depending on budget) injected into the same sites or subcut CJC1295 for GH release. 1mg/week would be sufficient. |

As was said go into the muscles near the injury. You need to know what you are doing to inject into a joint. Yo can cause more problems than you have now.

Thanks for the input, I will go IM, but should I go into the closest muscles, like in the forearm, or the closest large muscles, biceps and triceps? Also should I inject in the standard AAS points for those muscles, or closer the the actual elbow?
