- Now i tried to show that there are side effects as well as the pros. The buldging rock hard stomach... not my style. I like IGF and feel it could be a great supp if used correctly. i also feel that with a good diet and good workout (which it seems i need to fix mine ) the results will be amzing and with a lower dose meaning no where near 100mcgs!! sick around 40-60mcg and it should keep the growing of the intestine to a minimum.
