If you are talking mass there are a variety of factors to consider.

If you're going to go hGH, I'd only do it during cycle. So many guys have seen awesome gains while using it during cycle only. Most say you have to use it for 6 months, but there are other factors not directly related to muscle growth going on in your body that actually effects how your body uses nutrients/insulin/testosterone and other hormones and processes that gh helps in the short term.

If you're going to go igf-1, I'd do it during pct. Then blow up the cells later.

I'll just tell you my personal experience.

I used it at 60mcg bilaterally post workout on workout days. You aren't going to see massive increases in strength/mass at first. However I was injured and stopped using it, and working out (not responsible). No joke, for the 2-3 months I wasn't training/eating right my lats were growing! So when I went to do pullups again, my strength was slightly greater than b4 being lazy. My weight only dropped 2lbs over almost 2 months of not working out consistently.

I worked my way up up to 100mcg/divided into both lats, but after a week I started feeling this weird rumbling in my gut. Like my intestines were alive/moving, so I'd recommend keeping it at 60 or lower and only post wo, and on workout days only. I really do believe my intestines grew a bit. Nothing to freak out about....just don't go extreme on the dosing and understand you are looking for long term gains, you'll only see those after next cycle.

you gotta do site injectios with it right?

do people only use it in lagging muscles or? maybe ill throw some into the delts for some extra width. not that im lackin but id like more
