my grandpas diabetic meds for faster ketosis

Well today is a new day and I need to give some feedback on a little experament I did. I would rather put it out there and gat an ear full than keep it to myself and fuck up.besides this post may help someone.
So I took the oral tolazimide. 2 @ 250mg.I checked my glucometer and it read 118. After about an hour or so I felt tired and I was shaking a bit but nothing out of control. So then I chek it again and it was 70. Wow. That shit worked rite. So then I drink some lemonaide and ate some sweet potato to see how fast I can bring it back up. Within five minuits it was back to 117. So the biggest concern for me will be being able to get it down to 65 and no less. That's when ketosis will start. Over nite that is. So my last carb meal was tonight at 1500. Well see how it goes.

Yeah so this isn't the first time I had no idea what the fuck I was doing. Put an end to that shit quick, fasted for 27 hours, been eating nothing but meat (lots of bacon) and now I'm in ketosis. Amazing.

Well let me say on my behalf that gramps is a salty ass devil dog who is 90 and doesn't listen to anyone. Including doctors. He isn't what I would say a religious med taker. He is a hard ass who would rather not take anything. so its not like I was stealing from him. They both knew. Try to kick back before you drop the gabble on people. And yes they know I do gear too. Happy new year. I will be starting 2009 in a deep state of ketosis. that puts an end to that shit!

Yeah I know I know. I look like the wind might blow me away in that shot.But I want to suck all the fat off me first and then get bigger. I have alredy gained 10 lbs lean body weight and lost bodyfat. My current state isn't posted yet. But don't worry I am putting together a nice supprise for you my brother.
