hgh for injuries

anyone have any experience of hgh healing their injuries? i can lift but i have a nagging shoulder injury which im worried about if i go on cycle and up my strength a lot. can hgh really help? is it worth it? if so how should i take it for injury prevention/cure or is it no different to normal protocol?

it happened while benching flat. i'd torn my bicep and wanted to see how much strength id lost so id tried benching. stupid i know. the next day it was hurting a lot. it hurts on the bone that makes that point on the top of your shoulder, you know where i mean?
