Hi again,
I am considering using IGF -1 R3 during PCT after my 2nd cycle finishes next month. Having done some research I have learned that injecting the IGF to local sites to be worked on each day gets the best results. This would mean intramuscular injections on a daily basis. I have a friend who has a medical background to show me how to give the injections and have been told that the easiest and safest way to inject is into the fat of the belly. He also suggested that this would help reduce belly fat. Although this may be the easiest solution for me is there a big difference in how and where to inject. I am not looking to win competitions so a partial sacrifice for easer injections would be fine for me. However I would like to know if there would be a significant sacrifice by using this suggested method or any other differences. Thanks for any help Regards Mark |
