Hi, I was wondering if anybody knew if HGH would help with healing after breaking a bone?
I was also wondering if I am looking to build muscle, look better, and play sports better, what would be a more healthy approach - HGH or steroids? Thanks! |

well duh! no, the reason i ask is because i've broken both bones in my right forearm, my shoulder blade, collar bone, and femur in a car accident and i still have pains in my right forearm, leg, hip, and sometimes shoulder. i could either take pain killers for the rest of my life and suffer the consequences (die early from a liver failure) or try HGH. My first step is to figure out if HGH would help me or not.
I have pain, however it is not affecting my workout routine. It would be illegal for me to take HGH (i'm assuming probably like most others in this forum) and I don't know if I could suggest something about taking HGH to the doctor or what he'd say? I figured I'd try posting some of my questions on this site. About me: At the moment, I usually play basketball 1-3 times a week for 3 hours, along with weight training 1-3 times a week. i'm currently out of a job so I will have all summer to dedicate myself to weight training if i decide to go that route. age 27 6'2 200 lbs This is what I ate a couple days ago: breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, protein shake, daily multi-vitamin lunch: about 5 slices of pizza, a glass of milk, a Dr. Pepper dinner: about 2 cups of Better Chedders, fish fillet(tilapia), green beans, glass of milk 4th meal: chicken quesadilla, chicken and bean grilled stuft burrito, glass of water Then right before bed I had a protein shake. |

Yeah I agree with that. You need to clean your diet a little bit. It is ok to cheat every once in awhile but I assume that is an everyday thing. Now I don't know anything about the HGH thing so I can't be of any help here.

I have just started taking Growth in the last 6 weeks so limited personal experience but I have done my homework so.....
In theory Growth should aid in bone growth. As you probably know Growth's primary function is in multiplication of cells therefore it should help IF this is the cause of your pain rather than latent nerve damage or a host of other conceivable problems post car accident. A couple of things to consider - GH is a long process, you either buy in for 6 months plus or it is a waste (not including those who take it while on a steroid cycle for synergy purposes) Growth is very expensive so bearing in mind the above I would carefully consider it - also you mentioned you are not working at the moment you might be a millionaire of course ![]() I don't think any by-the-book doc will prescribe growth for you for this and even if they did it will then be even more expensive. Regarding the query as to which is more "healthy" steroids or growth, well that one has just too many variables - dose, quality, your individual bodies reaction to each et. etc. etc. For eg; If you were running small dose (say, >500mg) pharma grade testosterone and had all the ancilliaries needed V's pumping 15 i.u. Growth into you each day well then the test will probably cause you less of a problem and you will probably start looking like you are trying to reverse evolution and return to the trees on the growth.
