IGF-1 or hgh for ligaments and bones

My question is regarding the strengthening in my ligaments and bones in my hands and wrists. My problem is as a MMA fighter, i tend to injure my ligaments and bones as i throw hands in my fights.

1)Would IGF-1 R3, hgh, or some other growth hormone, or maybe a stack (not too expensive) help with my problem?
2)I have researched the subject for a time now and can finally afford it if it would be worth it on a $2500 budget, and what would be most effective?
3) I know people saying they know how to get this stuff, but i also know these substances have very complicated compounds and it is hard to find a legitimate source, where are the real stuff available, does anyone know a good source?
4) Is the splitting of cells targeted at muscles, ligaments, organs, and bone, then the hands would get more dens to right?
5) I read that a higher intake (more than 40 mcg/day) would result in growth of hands using IGF-1 R3. Is that right?

Hey man, dont be upset that no one has replyed to your post. HGH and IGF-1 are pretty tricky stuff and the questions can be hard to answser. Everybody just dosent want to give you wrong answer. HGH would probably be better for your hands. HGH will over time strengthen your bones and will repair your ligaments. Grwoth can get pretty expensive but $2500 would get you enough to help you. We do not do source checks here what so ever so dont ask. We also do not talk or post company names. Just so you know. The splitting of cells is called ****rplasia and ideally yes with enough IGF-1 ****rplasia could occur in your bones and ligaments but i dont know how much bigger your hands would get. At $2500 would probably only want to run one compound. IGF-1 is cheaper than HGH and you dont need as much but HGH would be better for what you want. Sorry for the late reply dude.
