HGH Protocol

I just came off 6 months of HGH. 4ius/day for the first month, 5ius/day for 4 months and then 2ius/day for the last month. 6 and 1 for the full 6 months. I am going to go back on it with a cycle of AAS in a few months. My friend told me about a different protocol that he was/is using. Stagered injections. Instead of shooting 5 or 6 days in a row, use a larger amount and shoot every other day. 10ius/shoot. If you do the math when using 5ius/day for 6 on 1 off, you use 60ius/2weeks. When using 10ius/EOD you use 70ius/2weeks so you can see that you use more this way. He told me that it works well because your shoots are not far apart and you use higher doses per shoot and this makes your HGH levels spike and you react better. Has anyone heard about this. Tried it or know someone that has tried it. I trust my friend, he knows his stuff. He competes at a national level so he been around and i am planing on using this i just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about it.

Hey bro I cant answer your ? but what do u mean by 5 and 7. is this 7000 and 5000 ius.

if so that is dangerous and can really mess u up.
I was told to take 500iu a week after my 4th week on cycle to keep the nads up.

some of the other fellaws will input on this for sure.

No dude, you are thinking about HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) which is for PCT. I'm talking about HGH (Human Growth Hormone). Growth is something that can been run by itself but is must commonly used with a cycle of AAS. When i say 6 and 1 or 5 and 2 it means 6 days on 1 day off and 5 days on and 2 days off. Sorry about the confusion man. Its easy to get that stuff mixed up.

Interesting protocol but I haven't heard of anyone doing it like that. What kind of gains did you make while you were on the HGH last time?

Its hard to say because i was on alot of gear too. But i know i gained a few more pounds than if i would have done that cycle without the HGH. I noticed more that my strength went up quite a bit. It makes you feel so good. It increases you physical, mental even your emotional well being. Other than my friend telling me about the other way of using it, i never heard of it either. After i do it i will have to post up what the difference is.

HGH results in greater gains when taken EOD compared to ED (with the same total amount taken each week). Ideally it should also be combined with IGF to grow muscle and cartilage (if you can afford it).

Not that i'm saying that you arent right but where did you hear/read that? I havnt heard that its better to use it EOD compaied to ED. And yes you are right about the IGF. I plan on using it with my next cycle.

Basically, in a clinical study with growth stunted children, EOD was found to be more effective; presumably because it more closely resembles the body's natural pulsating secretion pattern. This allows the HGH receptors to recover between pulses, so they are more responsive the next time.
The author recommended 2 shots per day of .028iu/kg of bodyweight, taken every other day, for a minimum of 3 months. Nobody knows for sure if the results of the clinical study on children applies to bodybuilding; but the reasoning does make a lot of sense. They also say that "dosing in the EOD nature reduces incidence of any sort of withdrawal problems associated with normal HGH use, including regression or retardation of growth after cessation of therapy". Cool buddy. Its hard to say which way is better cuz every time i or someone i know talks about growth its always 5 or 6 days straight. Its one of those things that people just assume its the only way to do it. And when you dont really hear about another way of doing something, i dont know man we will see. Thankx for the info man.

This is an interesting concept. I only met a guy the other day who has dosed Growth on a post workout basis only - a similar idea as he does a 4 day a week workout. Guy is a monster and I am a big believer in listening to those who have done it themselves.

The reasoning is that ED or EOD protocol is usually adopted depending on half life's of AAS - as the half life of Growth is so short this protocol is not necessarily relevant.
On the other hand as you know the benefits of Growth are over the long term so the difference is perhaps not huge.
