Hey can someone help me out. If I have a vial of 10ius of hgh do I mix 1ml of injection water and just let it dissolve or do I shake it up and how long after mixing is it ok to inject thanks all info on hgh would be great been thinking of getting some for a while still not sure tho thanks again

The most important thing about HGH is you NEVER EVER SHAKE IT.Its not a big deal when its still lyophilized powder (freeze dired powder) but when it has been reconstituted (liquid form) you most not shake it. HGH is very fragile and needs to be protected from heat and light. HGH should be kept at a temp of 36 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit at all times. When mixing it you have to point the needle towards the side of the vial and let it run down the side to the bottom. Do not squirt the solution directly on the powder. Once all the liquid is in the bottle slowly turn the vial while its on its side until all the powder dissolves. You can inject it immediately after it is mixed but needs to be stored in a cool place as soon as possible. Once HGH is reconstituted, it cant survive in room temp for very long. I think its like 10-20 minutes.

As for mixing you have 2 choices. Bacteriostatic water (BW) or Sterile water (SW). BW is just SW with 0.9% Benzyl alcohol added to it. I recommend BW. It goes in nicer. I find SW burns more. They both cost the same so might as well go for the less painful. When you add your solution i prefer to add 2cc. This is because when you add 1cc, 1cc is 10ius but if you add 2ccs of solution then 2ccs is 10ius. This way when you are transferring the liquid HGH from the vial to the needle, if you lose a drop when you pull the needle out (which usually happens) you are not actually losing that much. If you do use 2cc then evey tenth mark on the needle (0.1cc 0.2cc 0.3cc) is half an iu so if you are doing 5ius you would have to use a full cc.

HGH needs to be run for a long time before you see results. At least 2-3 months. 4-6 months would be ideal for the best results.
