Thank you all- there are so much conflicting information out there. I'm mainly taking it for a boost for muscle growth as Ive already taken creatine (whiched caused my liver enzymes to go up) glutamine, tribulus, Bvitamins, arginine with orthanine, tyrosine...and I wasnt going to go for the test-too many sides. at a low dose for safety growth doesnt make a signficant difference-it gave me just a boost to get over a plateu but no further.

I read somewhere that if you take GH with glutamine it causes your gut to grow more-is that true anyone hear of that?

Well Ive used creatine with Glutamine, BCAA, whey, Tyrosine, tribulus, arginine, multivitamine and wasnt getting my legs to grow although I eat about 2300-2400 cal a day on most days fo the week, eating someting every 1-2 hours, eat a lot esp after hard lifts, eat immediatly after lifting with Whey adn carbs... Creatine caused my liver enzymes to sky rocket so had to quit it... still take the others. Is there something else safe that wont do serious stress to liver that works I dont know about. I wont do test. I lift hard and just needed a boost for growth and little fat loss in torso.

Here is a break down from the Doctor my wife used for HGH injections (self running now). She uses 2iu's a day 5on/2off schedule mixing it with b12 complex (instead of sterile water). This combo over a week is the same shot people go to LIPO clinics and get, but pay way to much. Find a good source (black market) with reliable gear, and you will save 1000's in a year..

1/10ths ml (.1ml) 10 mark on a 100unit insulin needle = 1iu of hgh
2/10ths ml (.2ml) 20 mark = 2iu
3/10ths ml (.3ml) 30 mark = 3iu
4/10ths ml (.4ml) 40 mark = 4iu
5/10ths ml (.5ml) 50 mark = 5iu
6/10ths ml (.6ml) 60 mark = 6iu
7/10ths ml (.7ml) 70 mark = 7iu
8/10ths ml (.8ml) 80 mark = 8iu
9/10ths ml (.9ml) 90 mark = 9iu
1ml 100 mark = 10iu

This break down is of course only good if you re-constitute 1ml sterile water per 10iu vial HGH.

I use the sterile water with blue cap 10 iu vial. Ive been doing 1.5 iu a day and can go up, I was just nervous when I read someone said taking glutamine with Growth can cause gut growth and didnt want organ or gut growth. Has your wife had any problems with gut or organ growth on 2 iu and does she take any other suppliments with it? I have had no side effects noticable with this dose unless my organs are growing and I dont know, but dont know how I would know. THanks

I am no expert, as you can see I am new to this forum, but from the experience I have seen with my wife, and her HGH shots is this. She was going to a (for lack of better wording) HGH doctor, also know as LIPO clinics, for around 6-8 months, at a cost of around 100 for her Tuesday visits, and 175 for Friday visits. I was of course not home during this time frame (Sand Box is my life, boy did I pick bad career LOL), the difference as I could tell from when I did finally get to go with her and ask questions was, her cheap shots didn’t have full dose of the LIPO agent (HGH), and others did. She was getting best I could tell 5-6 iu's a week from clinic in 2 dose shots, at an outrageous prices. The shots were a mix of b12 complex and HGH no IGF (as far as I was ever told). Hence my journeys to find and use HGH from home not pay a Doctor.

Following advice from forums and research studies I found and read, to include here. The fastest side effects of to high of a dose, and this will happen very fast and you will now it. You will hurt all over like you did a very bad work out with way to much weight. You joints will hurt to move, and rest of body will hurt to be touched. Wife had this issue when she upped dose to high, and other places that you can read say exact same thing.

The re-growth of organs was not even on the list of possible with the Clinic she was going to for awhile. Doesn't mean the Doctor didn't leave it off, the list, but I have found no references to this in my research. The most I have seen, about organs, and or body parts, is that there have been research results that show certain ones, that have stopped functioning in some or all capacity, have shown life again and started produce the enzyme or chemical they naturally produce. For instance and I will look for the link and post again later, NIH (National Institute of Health) had an article out about research done on HGH, that showed in clinical studies of Diabetics with limited to low pancreas insulin output, to have an increase of naturally made insulin, while on a HGH regiment. There results are very vague, they don't seem to post, the full research data online. They seem to post a summary instead of the 100's of pages of data. My research was based on diabetics mainly since my wife is Type 1 and has been that way since a child (over 20 years). She is not trying to get re-production of insulin from her body. She is doing it for weight loss, with so far with DIET and EXCERSICE she has dropped nearly 35 lbs since last child birth and the start of her HGH cycles, which for any one who knows, this a major accomplishment for a diabetic. No she is not messing with her insulin doses to try to speed up the loss time and amounts; she is keeping her blood sugar levels steady and normal (as possible for a type 1). I would never suggest anyone with diabetes to run there blood sugar levels on the high or low side for profit of weight or muscle gain/loss, for a diabetic this opens a hole new door of complications, from eye problems to kidney failure, the diabetic coma would be in there in the middle, and mild in comparison to some issues diabetics can have with running high and low blood sugars, for extended amount of time, anyone who suggest a diabetic due this would need to looked at closely, for a normal person the effects are not as bad but with diabetics it can mean life and death in a matter or hours. I would really have to see some research data on human organ growth, which I have not seen in my researching of HGH, to be able to say more, but speaking from the research and the knowledge I have gained from my in depth looking around, I would think you would have to be massively over dosing on HGH, and the other side effects would be kicking your ass long before, you had some miracle organ growth. If they can not make a pancreas return to full natural production of insulin either short term or long term, even with stem cells so far it a no go (way different subject), I really don't see it causing any type of growth or re-growth with a regular HGH regiment. That being said, you mentioned GROWTHS being formed, with this in mind, any one on here will tell you (this coming from a guy who married to diabetic and HATES needles were talking like deathly fear of, Wife can point hers at me and I will RUN away from her, you have to rotate your injection sites, if you take your shot for instance in the abdomen every time in the same spot, you will form knots, not growths, but a calcium like build up, or calluses, from the constant poking of an area. With HGH and other gear, rotate it left abdomen, then right, then left buttocks, then right buttocks, and so on. Damn- THANK YOU! I like to get feedback from people who seem to have done their research and know their words. I tend to be a worry wort once I get something in my head until I can disconfirm it, so one little sentence in the millions of things I read may say something negative and I"ll stew on it till I can find information to confirm or disconfirm it. I think Ive had enough confirmation from you and a few others that you have to WAY overdose on the HGH for organ growth-and Im only doing 1.5-2 iu a day 5 on and 2 off----- tell your wife congradulations on her effort and work, sound like the 2 of you as a team have made some great strides. If I can just figure out my Gear I want to use I be doing great, when it comes to her and her health, I take for ever to even think about suggestions. Me I want to try to get back in old shape (same she is doing), before I return home in late November. I know I won’t have the 100% re-build done yet, but a nice start be good. I am chomping at the bit to get started having to force myself to read read and then read again, when that done I ask question, and yep Read some more.

Hope you 5/2 2iu's works out the same for you. One other word of advice I have learned once you start stick to a time frame every day to dose, seems kinda trivial, but the body remembers. Also the half-life spans, of HGH injections are SHORT, most say less then 2hrs. This does not mean, you’re not getting the effects just that the maximum effects die off. As stated a few other times already BE PATIENT, this is not a fast acting miracle sure, it is a long haul, stick to it, for bets results.

If at 5 weeks and joint aches might want to back off dose, at .4mg you are pushing 4 units at a time, doesn't seem like much I know, but back off a little. When we had that issue, my wife had to stop for a week for recovery she tried 4 iu's working her way up from 2 in .5 iu increments every 3-4 days till she reached 4 iu's. After 1 week of 4 iu's she couldn't stand even being touched like a hand shake. Just remember every ones body is different, if first you don’t succeed try another approach and fire for effect.

Thanks-highest Ive not gone is 2 iu a day, was at 1.5 till the past week. No side effects at all that Im aware of-my only soreness is muscles from lifting hard the day before. In regard to the dose time--- I lift in the morning on weekends and so take the hgh about 2 hours after lifting since my own gh production is no longer occuring then and to help get it to the muscles, on week days I lift in the evenign so I take the growth hormone first thing when wake up because I dont want to take before lift and inhibit my own growth hormone release when lifting. Am I totally screwing things up? what happens if 2 days out of the week I take the growth in the early afternoon vs the morning like the rest of the week?
