IGF-1 pct

Hey everyone im new to this forum and im new to steroids. Im 25, been training since age 16. Im 5"10 205lb with 14%bf. I consider myself a hardcore trainer and have been training hardcore for yrs. In the past two years my strength has increased and decrease and it has become very frustrating. (It like I’ve reached a peak) so im turning to the dark side lol. I am one of those people though that if im going to do it im going to do it right so I decided to join this forum. My cycle is going to be test-primo 200mg a week stacked with winny 200 mg week. Post cycle will be nolva 40/20/20/10 . and for precaution I will have arimidex on hand it case I feel my tits tickling. Only question I have is what is your opinion of including IGF for my PCT?

I'm a bigger fan of IGF-1 for PCT than HCG, but for most guys a basic: clomid, nolvadex, arimidex PCT is the easiest.
