after taking igf 1 ????

I was told you should wait a hour before eating?? correct?? And should you eat a full blown protien and carb meal. I would think yes...Thanks

Food is more of a factor with insulin then with IGF-1. I would suggest you have at least a protein shake after doing an IGF-1 shot.

I have been waiting a hour after my shots with no food, and yes it is .75mcg spit into to 2 shots at the same time...OK??? to do, have been and no problems.... I was told not to eat for a hour though, I just wish I new EXACTYLY WHAT TO DO??? You know what I mean....
