needle size for igf-1

Hi can some please shed some light, im going to be using igf long r3
and want to be shooting post workout IM what size needle do i need and does the size of the needle vary on different body parts.

Use insulin syringes/needles. You need an insulin syringe to measure it anyway (IUs). If you're carrying too much fat to get it into the muscle, you can try a z-track injection (pulling fat to one side then inject). If that doesn't work, oh well . Subq will still work for you though.

yes i have insulin syringes u-100 1ml but what i ment was the size needle.
i have both 29 and 27gauge, im lean up top but are these needles long enough to pentrate all muscles if so then why do people stick a 22 gauge all the way in when injecting oil.

Guage size has nothing to do with penetrating the muscle. Guage size is the size of the needle tip (the hole). Needle lenth is what you are referring to (depth of injection) and I doubt you are gonna find an insulin syringe with a 1.5" needle on it.

27 guage tip will be hard to draw up an oil (small hole) vs 22 guage tip (bigger hole) while a 20 guage tip (even bigger hole) will be even better for drawing up an oil.

i find 21 gauge works best to draw but switch to 23 to inject.

That's fine, but we aren't talking about AAS here (notice the subforum and thread topic) . He was just confusing the terms "guage" and "length."

thanxs sicky how stupid am i never thought about that (oil being to thick to be drawn up through a 27g)

Q1: so a 29g insulin syringe 1/2 inch is long enough for IM site injections?

Q2: im not sure bout this so somebody please, im currently using hcg with an insulin syringe, as u all know u cant take a needle off an insulin syringe so when i withdraw from the vial i usaully pull out the plunger from another insulin syringe inject the hcg in slowly put the plunger on a little then flick the hcg down and take the air out then inject, this way im not sticking the needle into the rubber top then in me belly as ive been told it blunts it. Is this how most u guys do it and will the same applie with the igf cheers?
