humalog and carbs

Hello everyone
I will use insulin (humalog) 10ui 2xday with test suspension 100mg ed and T3 50mg ed for 4 weeks. It's my 5th cycle, stats: 5'5'' 202lbs 11%bf, 26 years old
In past I used humalog (5ui 2xday) and immediately after I took 30gr dextrose with 60gr maltodextrin and 30gr whey + 10gr bcaa + 10gr creatine
Now I want to use only food, and the question is:
with humalog 10ui, it's ok something like this:
2 bananas + 200gr white rice and 60gr of lean protein (fish) ?? this gives me 200gr of carbs (20gr carbs for each ui)

You are injecting testosterone suspension only once a day.. ? I will have to look up the half life on that, but your levels are probably haywire i am thinking.. I will get back to this .. k found it..

This forces the user to inject on a daily basis, with better results coming from twice-three time a day use due to its short active-life with the effective dose ranging from 350-1000mg per week (50-140mg/day).

Personnally if i were to use this as a backbone to my cycle i would inject 2x's daily.. But i only use it for a jump before i hit the gym ..
