[B]What to expect from HGH?[/B]

New poster here, very in terested in taking HGH and am wondering what to really expect from it. Would like some feedback from anyone who's tried it. How long should I be on it?, whats recommended dose?, how long does it take to take effect? I know we arent allowed to give check sources on here so I wont ask for that. I have never juiced ever before so I dont know how to use the needles and all so I am pretty much a newbie. I would really appreciate all the help I can get and welcome anyone's opinion. ALso I am planning on going on my first cycle early next year and am using HGH to sort of cut up and clean up so I can do a clean bulk during the winter...

Unless you are over 40 I would stay away from hgh you won't see the results your looking for old are you ?

im 20 years old. so why do so many ppl take it if there not in their not over 40?

If you'd like to try HGH start at 2iu's daily for 2 weeks then go to 3 iu's for another two weeks then bump up to 4 iu's. You should run HGH for long runs. 6 months is the shortest I'd recommend. As far as steroids it's a little early for you. Give yourself at least another 3 years before going there. The main thing you can do for yourself is to learn to eat correctly. Eating correctly can learn you out and help you build muscle mass. You have to eat right on a steroid cycle to gain so you may as well do it now and get the gains. It's a lifestyle and not something you do for 10 weeks and then go to McDonald's. It just doesn't work that way. You'll just end up back where you're at right now if you do it that way. So stick your nose in a book like Burn the Fat and Feed the Muscle or something like that. You're welcome to hang out here in this forum. We have a diet and nutrition forum where you can post up what you eat in one day and approx. what time you eat and they will help you dissect your diet and fine tune it. You can get to the training forum and get a good workout program because without that steroids won't help you out. They aren't a magic pill that fixes everything. You have train hard and they'll help you recover a couple of days sooner so you can workout those muscle again that week instead of waiting until next week. You can do that without steroids over the next couple of years. Feel free to hang out in the steroid forum and ask questions. I read for two years before taking the leap. There's plenty to learn before you start. This winter is probably a little early to be ready and do it right. You can do it but it won't be right and you won't be happy once it's all said and done. But keep the faith because you can do it with the proper commitment and effort. Do you want it enough to live it?

Spend some more time around here and do as Haz recommended, at 20 you can gain good all natural you just have to learn to eat and train correctly.

Mr Hazcat, Ive been reading for years. Im not just a fluke college kid just wanting to get "big". Been reading books and calculating my diet for 4-5 years. I started very early. Everyone at my gym was 30s 40s and I was 14 when I started. Im sorry but I have seen guys 20-21 that take roids, everyone is different. I know guys that started as young as 18 and they look unbelivable today. You are just assuming I dont do anything and am very ill-informed when that is not the case. I have a very militant diet. Dont eat any fast food ever. Very strict, everyone thinks im crazy because Im so young but am so strict, but like you said its a lifestyle. But natural only goes so far. Steroids, HGH are miracles, even though it sounds cliche to say so, no one can reach their entire potential w/o them. I have been training hard since I was about 13 and now im 20 so its not just something I started out of nowhere, its been my plan since I was about 11-12. I beleive I am at a point now that I am happy with all the mass Ive gained naturally and am now cutting up and starting my first cycle winter of 2010. Thanks for the advice. Yea I know HGH is better longer term. And already have my cycle ready, got some great advice at BB.com. Just need these next couple months to really cut up. Any suggestions are welcome! Already do fasted cardio (HIIT) first thing morning, with strict diet (pure protein-about 1.2g per #),only weight train 3x week, lots of water, caffeine, antioxidants, fiber, no dairy etc...

What is your macro nutrient breakdown you have planned for you cycle? I would encourage you to get a physical with blood work from your doctor to see where your thyroid, estradiol, testosterone, free testosterone, along with all your lipids. These readings can serve as your baseline to refer back to after each cycle. Also, ask your doctor to verify all growth plates have fused prior to cycling.

My mn breakdown will probably be 40-40-20. I actually just got a physical and got blood drawn and am waiting for the results. I will proably do this cycle early next year so I still have some time to figure out the odds and ends. My growth plates most likely havent fused yet because I am continuing to get taller, howeve,r I will proceed. I am not seeking this as an easy way out, I am well aware of the hard work ahead. I'm really looking forward to this, my heads in the game. Anything is possible...

If your bones ends aren't fused but you plan using GH anyway know the risks. Some will be like people with Marfans syndrome. You may rupture your aorta as you grow taller skeletal wise but your vessels stay the same length.

Ok thanks for info. Also how much would 5 vial (8 i.u./vial) last? if i do 4 iu perday?
