have the 4 way hammer neck machine. As a matter of fact the last time I saw one was at my high school gym 4 yrs ago. You'll probably have to get a head/chain system to work the neck like that. You'll just look like a retard doing it.lol

I've been doing the routine that STK laid out... I must say my poundages have been going up VERY fast... I too had doubts about 3 sets... but I get brutally sore from the heavy days and my poundages are going up, so, something must be working... thanks STK!

No need for the 4 way neck machine. All you need is a sadistic partner with a towel. Hang your melon off a bench and work against your partner holding the towel in any direction you want. By the time you're done, your neck won't lift the towel by itself.

definatly for me instead of flat..ive always used them over flat with the exeption of 8 weeks out of pl-ing comps..upper chest is key for top thickness and to hide the collar bones..haha..inclines even a 15% cline will bring upon that upper mass and connection into the frontal delts..smoother thicker wider look..altleast for me..killz

I am really enjoying this routine, my body seems to be responding to it well. I was on a lower rep (4-6) 5 day a week routine which I believe caused me to overtrain. This is probably the best routine that I have tried. I have a few questions though, here are my stats before I begin so you can have a little of my background..187lbs 11% bf 5'8" a little over 1 year lifting experience.

How long should I run this type of routine in between rest periods(currently I take 1 week off every 8 weeks)?

Should I cycle this with another routine? If so what would be the most benificial?
