The morning woody...more than just test.

Usually anyone who is coming off test has some sex dive problems. Everone seems to think that the only thing controlling your sex drive and sexual function is test. If only. If you buy into the theory that you sport wood in the morning because of high test levels; you're not 100% accurate.

First let's look at the basic function: three spongelike "cylinders" of tissue that fill with blood when certain blood vessels relax and constrict. That's the mechanical reason you sport wood...blood is allowed to flow in through relaxed veins but not out because of constricted veins. This mechanism is screwed up by high blood pressure medications and stimulants can screw your little buddy up; because the blood vessels can't constrict or relax.

A step further...these blood vessels need a chemical called nitric acid to work. If this chemical isn't there; you're soldier won't salute. Nitric acid is controlled via neuro transmitters and sexual stimulation. So, when you have low test, you just don't have the right balance of neurotransmitters to signal the production of nitric acid. Even if you want to...no nitric acid means no sex. This is also why people with depression or taking anti-depressants can be sexually impaired.

Histamines!!! A big secret to the morning wood. Histamine release is a big part of sex...why you get flushed etc. Without it; you'd be a little rigid but no pool cue. Guess what? Histamine levels are high in the morning? This can help explain why even when one takes suspension; you don't get that "sex in the morning feeling" all the time.

Finally; everything has to in check to work. If you have SAD, are coming off gear or have worked 27 hours straight; don't expect to be a Romeo all the time. Sex drive usually decreases in the winter time too. Here's some steps to avoid sexual troubles (especially when you're coming off.).

1) Avoid alcohol. Have a beer on wing night but don't over do it.
2) See daylight, train, drink lots of water, take a multivitamin/multimineral and EFA supplement.
3) Don't take a lot of ephedrine, clenbuterol, ritalin, nicotine, caffeine etc.
4) Make sure your blood pressure medication won't cause sexual side effects.
5) Don't abuse recreational drugs.
6) Ir you have tren/deca dick; buy some bromo.
7) If you're coming off a cycle; make sure to take arimidex to keep testosterone (what little there'll be) from being overpowered by estrogen.
8) If you're stressed; take extra time to relax and take a vitamin b complex.
9) If you're depressed; see a doctor to figure out the best treatment for you.

Remember that test also increases sex drive and sexual dreams so generally your test is highest in the morning and you probably woke up from some very sexual dreams; hence a woody.
