Hello all,
I am a newbie who has been drifting about the boards for past few months looking for a board to join while waiting to get out of the hospital..Thank you to Mr.X for allowing me to join you . I have been lifting for about 9yrs. , minus the last 8months off due to an accident I was invloved in last year. Finally getting back in the gym as time will allow,(4-5 times a wk.).I am 6'-2" 210 lbs. . I was holding on to 235-240 lbs before the accident,but after doing nothing but being medicated for months & months slowly starting to make slow gains once again.. I am an Ins. Broker,Married w/2 kids,live in GA.,am a paintball nut,like sportbikes,sportscars,flyfishing,motorcross,shooti ng,etc...
I look forward to learning as much as possible and contributing whatever I can when needed..Thanks again for allowing me to come aboard!

MartinMan. NOW that is an introduction intro. I feel for you bro, but it sounds like you are on track again. Take it slow, but be consistant and careful. Looking forward to hearing about your continued progress so please keep us updated.
