Hello everyone newb with questions

Hey everbody, I was told about a fitness site from a friend and ended up here. I wanted to learn as much as I can about a proper diet. If this is in the wrong forum let me know. I am 25 5'10" and 186 lbs. I use to work out alot from 19-23 then I stopped. I have gained a stomach and the dreaded handles. Even though with a shirt most people would say I am thin, so its not out of control. I would like to get lean, and get my muscle mass back. I know nothing about a proper diet. It would be great if someone could help me out with that or point me in the right direction.

Fast03. Glad you found your way here even if it was by mistake. Now you won't want to leave. We have some of the very best Nutritionists here and there are a lot of us that are competitors, so I think we know just a little bit about dieting.

Check over the board really well, and I am sure MOST ALL of your questions are already answered. We have specifically allocated the most sought out topics into their own catagories, so check em out. There are a lot of knowledgeable members on this board, so if you don't find your answers, don't hesitate to ask.

welcome man...WBB is right...their are SOOO MANY people here who would be glad to help you out...I dont care what anyone thinks....this is by far the best board out there!!! Nothing can compare...just do a board search of what u are looking for and if you cant find the answeres then post a thread of your question and u will have numerous responses...good luck with the diet!!
