Default greetings
Hello,

Just joined the site. I've been trying to get back in shape for about a year now. I used to be a bodybuilding NUT, for many years, until 2001, when I developed a nasty addiction to butelyne glycol. It was so bad I lost everything I'd spent years working for - nearly all of the muscle I had built up was gone in an astonishingly short time. I had several hospitalizations, and finally got off the stuff a little over a year ago. Doctors say I'm lucky to be alive! I agree!

I started working myself back into shape about a year ago, and although I'm nowhere near where I used to be, I'm gradually getting my strength back.

Looking forward to reading all the posts. I'm not much of a poster myself, but you may hear from me from time to time.
