I've been snooping around here on and off for a long time, I'm finally ready to get involved!

20 year old white boy from Aus, currently lightweighting at about 85kg. There's lots of excuses but it essentially comes down to the fact that I timewaste in between study and work.

Studying nutrition and dietetics for the last 2 years, with a couple more years to go, but also doing a lot of extra research in my spare time. When I'm not studying or working (phone monkey for an insurance company) I'm running or doing light weights to maintain what little muscle I have, and I'm a bit addicted to Battlefield 2 which a friend introduced me to. Also involved in basketball, getting into some sort of martial arts in the next month or so, and the great Australian pastime. Drinking. (Which has officially ended as of today, fingers crossed)

Starting the road to 100kg using the knowledge I've gained from my study, and also a book I picked up years ago by John McCallum (Keys To Progress). I'm going to use myself as a guinea pig for a bulking drink which I'm going to detail in the Diet and Training forum, which I had some excellent success with when I tried it out for a couple of months about 6 months back.
