LOL It's been 2 years but I'm back. I didn't post much when I initially joined, but I plan on posting more. I worked out on and off the past 2 years, but more off sadly.

I am now training with the forum's very own g3cko and he's kicking my ass every day. Can't wait to start shredding some fat and gaining back some much needed muscle!
