Greetings, all.

I'm finally getting a chance to check this place out. I'm coming by way of EF, figured if Mr. X was running the show it had to be excellent!

I'm 44, and guess I could be called "re-entrant" into the hardcore lifting/chemical enhancement world. Lifted a lot in high school, lost my way in college, then picked up after college in the late '80's.

Did my first cycle in '91, stuck with a good program through '92, then let my diet go to hell but kept lifting hard so I said I was into powerlifting. Set my (meager) PR's in 93 and 94. Business started sucking the life out of me and I lifted more off than on for the next 10 or 11 years, until I woke up really unhappy last year. Knew that I had to change up, and knew that only I could change it up.

So, I'm changing that. I'm on TRT, working on getting a good solid baseline established the whole way 'round - T-levels, diet, and lifting routine. Then I hope to hop back in with both feet.

I want to learn as much as I can this time around, and hopefully I can help others with my own meager knowledge and experience. Sorry to be so longwinded, but didn't know how else to let ya'll know about me.
