Sup everyone, im from the US and Im trying to get moderately if not completely in shape. I used to do exercise regularly when I was younger but laziness ,free sodas, and hungry man dinnners have made me well...expand.(and not in a good way) Ive found this site by way of elitefitness and figured that it might be a good place to at least find some tips and motivation to lose the 40 lbs ive gained over the past few years ,EEK. Anyway just saying hello.
