Hello everyone.
Some of you may know me already. I kept the same screen name.

I'm a very senior member of the iron game at 62 years young.

Began working out at as a skinny teen from mail order courses.

I've been around a few noteables through the years and learned a lot.
Been in a lot of different gyms over the years as I traveled, including CA.

Currently I'm on HRT and doing a little something extra for fun.
Want to see if I can still gain some new muscle.
