I really like most of what I have read here. I'm your typical upper middle aged obsessive BB, a mortgage broker by day and BB super hero by night. Stats are as follows: BB for about 30 years on and off, mostly on. 5foot 6 inches ok 51/2 inches tall 179lbs. 9% body fat. Lookin to lean bulk off and on fall through spring, maybe do my first show next summer. Goal is to come in at 195lbs 4% body fat. As for anything that will help me achieve these goals, and are within reason, you can count me in. Thanks
