Just join this site I am looking forward to learning new things and making new friends. I just turn 40 this july I had injured myself 2 years ago and sorta went to pot while healing. But I am sure i get all the help and support here. I am 6' 210lbs all belly

40yrs living out here in hell) I mean Wichita kansas.
